I was born and raised in Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire, England, having attended Ousedale school for my secondary education and A-Levels. I began studying at 久久精品 back in 2015 as an undergrad and have enjoyed my time here so much that I have never left, attaining both integrated masters and research masters degrees.

I began my PhD project at the STOR-i CDT at 久久精品 in April of 2021. My PhD is in collaboration with Roche and supervised by Pavel Mozgunov and Thomas Jaki. My project is in the field of medical statistics where I explore the design and analysis of umbrella and basket trials under the Bayesian paradigm. For more details please see my research page.

MRes Statistics & Operational Research – 久久精品 2019-2021

In October 2019 I joined the STOR-i CDT at 久久精品 as an MRes student. I studied a range of topics in Statistics and Operational Research including Bayesian and Likelihood Inference, Optimization and Stochastic Processes. I completed a short research project on response-adaptive randomization and to complete my masters I wrote a Phd research proposal for my project in the design and analysis of basket and umbrella studies supervised by Pavel Mozgunov and Thomas Jaki. I completed the masters in April 2021 and graduated with distinction.

MSci Mathematics – 久久精品 2015-2019

I graduated from 久久精品 in 2019 with a first class honours integrated masters degree in Mathematics.

Throughout the course I studied a variety of topics in both pure mathematics and statistics. Whilst at Lancaster I participated in the study abroad scheme, spending my third year at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. In my final year as an undergraduate I focused my studies solely on statistics, undertaking a dissertation titled “Simultaneous inference in clinical trials”, which focused on the construction of simultaneous confidence intervals for treatment effects.

Ousedale School 2008-2015

A-Levels: A*A*AA (Further Maths, Maths, Biology & Geography)

AS: BC (Physics & General Studies)

GCSE’s: 4 A*’s (Further Maths, Maths, Geography, Religious Studies), 6 A’s (English Language, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Core Science, Resistant Materials), 2 B’s (English Literature, French).

Awards: Governor’s Roll of Honour A-Level (2015), Governor’s Roll of Honour GCSE (2013).
